Mustafa Akkaya, is the founder of Line Lighting Design. After gaining his bachelor degree on Interior Architecture and Environmental Design in Bilkent University, he then proceeded his education with master degree of Architectural Lighting Design in Wismar University in Germany. He started his lighting design carreer firstly in Germany and then continued in Turkey. Besides signing various award-winning projects, he has leaded several types of projects from all over the world and he became one of 40 under 40 lighting designers in 2019 in London. He is professional member of IALD (International Association of Lighting Designers). At the same time, he teaches in Kadir Has University as a part time instructor.
